About Me

Me, Myself, and I: Gartly Community Hall

We have been going around 6 years now raising money to refurbish the hall, over the years we have had many events including discos, fireworks displays, christmas party for the local children,our popular hogmanay partys.

The hall is also used by the tin hut sessions for their monthly session on the last thursday of the month and they also hold concerts in the hall aswell.

The hall has also been used for the slow food movement.

Recently we have finished refurbishing our kitchen and are we have finished the toilets. we are finaly installing hot water to the whole hall, this will be the first since the hall was built, in about 1928.

Tin Hut Sessions

The regular sessions are held on the last thursday of month at 8pm,
the next ones are Nov 29th, & Dec 27th.

And as well as the sessions there will be a Concert on Saturday 8th December at 8pm with Mama's Brand New Bag a great jazz/barrelhouse blues band.
Not only good music but a good & humourous stage act.
