keelys new years resolution
alright... i've been thinking about this for too long! the kitchen cabinets need to be painted! so heres my shopping list for sometime in the next few months. i think if i put it up here for y'all to see, i might not put it off anymore
melamine paint, 2 gallons of black(like...mickey mouse ear black) and 2 gallons of a creamy color, but i want to try not to make it too yellow... i'm so over yellow! 2 gallons of a light, turquise colored blue.
sandpaper, to prep kitchen cabinets for painting...LOTS of it, because i wanna use it for the ugly walls in the dining room too!
2 gallons of primer, to prime real wood panneling from the 60's. it needs to be the kind of primer to go from an oil based finish to a waterbased finish.
2 gallons of eggshell paint, the same creamy color.

'trowel' thing, i forget what they're called lol... its something to hold the wood filler so i could spread it easier...

1 gallon of blackboard paint

blahhhhh...blah...blaaaahhhh...i'm over tired, and my thoughts just keep going and going....
like my house... i really tried to keep it arranged the same way all year... but i had to rearrange something, it was getting boring.
now i want a new desk, because i'm bored of this one... i want to paint the kitchen, because i'm tired of looking at the tired ol' 70's style cabinets you seem to find in all rentals in pg.
i think thats what i'll be doing next time dale goes outa town....
...oh, i also want my room a dark dark purple... like eggplant purple or something....
the list could go on and on and on lol....
i probly wont paint my room... just the kitchen cabinets. i wish sheets of stainless steel were cheaper, or i'd change the backsplash and the area surrounding the fridge/stove to stainless steel. i dont know how to work with that stuff though... wouldnt i have to bend the edges over so they wont be so sharp? or maybe they sell something to cap the edge....
so has anyone started christmas shopping yet? i only got 2 gifts... but i forgot where i hid one, so i guess i only got one gift. i think this year, i'm only going to shop for my siblings and my parents.
anyways, i should get going, i forgot i was going to start sewing a slipcover for my sofa... i hope i get it done in a couple days... i dont really wanna spend more time than that on one project.
i guess i should eat n shower before i start... parent teacher conferences to go to later....

KKKK luff you lots and miss you lots. The baby shower will be here in Yans in nother two months once they is all settled in with their new lives. We will however have everything ordered from Ikea next month so tell em guys not to buy anything for babee.

OOOOPS this jii and ye'e easter bunni will have to go royal bank this year,we are kinda slow bout the easter goodies for the kiddies so ye'e bunni will send some dalla into your account tomorrow.
