We believe all young people have the capacity to make their own decisions and life choices, provided they have access to high quality, impartial information and advice. Yesterday morning saw the third phase of the Respect? Campaign launched on London's Fleet Street - a place famous for its connections to the British press. Four members of the Respect? Young People's Advisory Group were joined by former BBC broadcaster Martyn Lewis, and a HUGE newspaper front-page prop, which they pushed their faces through to literally put young people at the heart of the news.
The Respect? campaign is a group of young people who are taking a stand against the negative stereotypes developed by the media. If you want to get involved and make your opinion matter you can help us out by pledging to take a stand and speak out: www.pledgebank.com/RespectSpeakUp.
Our goal is to get 1,000 young people making the pledge, so spread the word!

The real world: been there, done that, designed the t-shirt
