- The products that we provide are hot bowls of healthy porridge with a mix of toppings varying from plain porridge to one of our most popular flavours Eves Porridge. We have found during our time trading that porridge is good for people of all walks of life due to its properties (slow releasing complex carbohydrates allowing full concentration to be maintained. Complex carbohydrates also stabilise and raise blood sugar levels. Porridge is also high in soluble fibre, which means they release energy slowly. A bowl of porridge can provide all the energy you need until lunchtime.) It is also a good product for people that have special dietary needs , vegetarian, vegan & diabetics, aswell as people just wanting to try something different.

Get Your porridge Daily
Well the exciting news is here. After a year of negotiating and red tape and lots of emails. We are proud to anounce that we have secured our permanent pitch at Inverness Business and Retail park.
As from Saturday 8th November 2008 we will be located in the parking area directly infront of Borders. We will be open from 8am and hope to see old friends and new customers.
We also hope to see everyone at this years Fireworks display at Bught park starting at 7.00pm0 Comments 242 days

The after party starts at 11.30pm - you are more than welcome The Porridge Bowl !
Entry is £6 for the bands at 8pm and £4 after 11.30pm.

Believe it or not - even I didn't take anything get signed but I got the DVD (£10 there, £12 from his website) which he signed and they both signed a flyer for the gig... will try to get it scanned in soon!
Mind you, much to the embarassment to my girlfriend and sister-in-law, I did get Liam to take a picture!!
