- Hey! We are The Getaway Team; 5 best mates from Guildford, UK; here to write music and have the time of our lives!
We started writing together mid 2006, and found a knack of producing some catchy pop songs, with some pop-punk and indie thrown in!
In the past few months, we have started playing those songs in what has become an exciting, adrenaline-fueled live show. We’ve recently finished recording our debut mini album titled ’Haven’t You Heard’, out May 12th.
Our Debut single ’Lost All Hope’ will hit shops on April 28th, available for download and on limited Green vinyl, with a postcard and stickers inside; so make sure you hook yourselves up!

Bebo, Tour and the future
Hello first off we are very sorry about being rubbish at Bebo we have had problems logging in but that is all sorted now and will be blogging and updating on the regular!
We are on tour at the moment with Cut The Blue Wire across the country so if you can come to any of the shows that would be awesome!
In the future we are going to do more tours and are writing a whole load of new songs which are sounding really good!
