- The Campaign Against Living Miserably (C.A.L.M) was launched as a charity in March 2006. CALM is aimed at men aged between 15 and 35. CALM offers young men a website, with information about a range of issues including drugs, relationships and debt. Our website can be seen here - www.thecalmzone.net
Why do we exist? Because suicide accounts for the deaths of more young men, aged 15-35, than any other single cause over the last 4 years. More men have died from their own hands in the last 4 years than have died in road accidents, drugs or AIDs. We need to change that...
Keeping problems, thoughts and feelings bottled up inside isn’t healthy, it is important that these thoughts and feelings are dealt in a positive way, you have to deal with it, otherwise it will become overwhelming.

New Music Facility in Liverpool
We got a call from a bloke in Liverpool who's set up a cool new music facility that could be ideal for you - bang in the city centre, easy to access and great value for money!
Roscoe Studios is a newly formed Community Interest Company offering professional, fully sound-proofed rehearsal and recording services in the heart of Liverpool City Centre (by the 'Bombed out Church').
Because of it's non-profit status, it allows local musicians to rehearse and record in top quality facilities at the cheapest possible rates.
Plus, if they get the funding they are hoping for they could be offering pro music workshops very soon, meaning you could either improve your playing skills or even learn from scratch. All those months of Rockband could just pay off!
Want to get involved? Email Pete below...
* 3 hour rehearsal session: £10
* Available 9am-11pm
* Day and block bookings welcome
* Digital and analogue recording available
* Instrument service and repair
* Full range of additional / backline equipment available for hire
* Free storage between bookings
