  • Make a BLUE Pledge !

The BLUE™ Climate and Oceans Project is asking you to make a BLUE™ Pledge – a simple promise made online to change just one extra thing in your life to make a difference to the world's climate and oceans. Remember to be creative as the BLUE™ Project will be taking all their pledges to the House of Commons in July to showcase that your small changes and ideas can make a huge difference.

    Example Pledges:
"To do everything I can to raise the profile of the Blue Project with other UK MP's - and to do my best to make sure that our draft Marine Bill is \"fit for purpose\" and becomes law- hopefully by this time next year." Linda Gilroy MP - Minister for Plymouth Sutton. Plymouth, Devon

“When I'm at the beach I always pick up rubbish as it ends up in the sea which is where I kite but I know there's also a big problem with wax from surfboards, so my BLUE pledge is to buy only the biodegradable waxes as they don't contaminate the ocean." Jose luengo - World Champion Kitesurfer. Tarifa, Spain
