I got an A* at art GCSE, and a scholarship for art in sixth form. i got an A in my art AS level- A* are only introduced next year, so this is the highest possible grade. i am currently working on my art A2

I have no time for this anymore- no more requests without buying original or paying £5 for a copy
Ok i just wanted to let you all know, that i do not have the time to do drawings for random people any more. I love doing them, and just being nice to people on here i guess, but I need to concentrate on other things
I hope you all understand.
The drawings i have already printed off i will try and do, but when i have done those, i will delete the blog for you all to apply in.
I will however still be drawing people if you wish to buy the original for £20, or if i take the pictures of you myself (in a photoshoot, so you will have to be in the area, travel, or contribute / persuade me to travel.) If you do not want the original drawing, you may pay me £5, and i will email you a high resolution copy of the drawing.
Most of you will be thinking, "why should i pay £5 when everyone else has got it for free?" and my answer is that if i am recieving a small amount of money for this, i would spend over double the amount of time on a drawing, make it a lot better quality, and it is the only way from now on i will draw you, unless i really want to.
I will still upload my artwork to here, so i'm not going to shut the group down or anything, and i am by no means stopping drawing, especially people! I am just stopping restricting myself with preset expectations and limits, and freeing up a bit of spare time for other work

i got an A in my art AS! which is very good (:3 Replies 24 weeks
though i didnt do well in two of my other subjects. my life is to do medicine at university, so this will probably mean some changes in the amount of time i spend doing art. i need to get my priorities right. i have mucked up, and need to fix things. i will keep you all posted. i dont want to stop drawing you all, but may have to, for my futures sake

ok i know i havnt posted an update in a while- but its because i have been on holiday! wales, norway, aldebourgh, and then sardinia (italy) busy busy busy!! becuae of all these trips, i have not done nearly as many drawings as i would have liked to do so far this summer (though may try and change that soon4 Replies 26 weeks

quite a few of my drawings are taking longer at the moment, becuase i am actually trying to improve my skill level rather than staying stuck in a rut
i have some major competition in art at the moment- my brother!!! he is going to study illustration at uni in 2010 after his gap year, but at the moment he is applying to loads of things, and is currently designing album art for a dj, has been chosen to illustrate a series of 12 childrens books, and is very close to getting an internship at a prestigious digital art company. and on top of this he was one of the lucky few who got chosen to buy one of the Banksy "donughts" prints- 298 of the two different colours in issue. so yep he paid like £500 or something for his, and put the link to it on ebay before he even got it, and people were bidding up to £8000 for it!!
So that big paragraph above basically means that im a very jealous little sister at the moment! So im going to be trying really hard to do better than him, though i dont have a clue how yet- ANY IDEAS????
AS level results are out on the 20th august, a date which is now 9 days away. im so scared its unbelievable. if i dont get an A in art, i seriously dont know what i will do. and if i get any worse than ABBC, i have decided that i will give up my dream of doing medicine, even though i can retake stuff. so im hoping for all A's, but im not that optimistic really...
If you have any suggestions of famous people that i should draw, leave them as a comment here (: and im thinking like really famous ones, not just musicians from bands i like hehehe. -

ok so at the moment i am in wales on a biology field trip. i really shouldnt have much time for art, but so far this trip i have done 7 drawings. i can't wait to be able to upload them all, but unfortunatly i have to. i will be back home (with a scanner) on tuesday, so please be patient if you are waiting for a drawing as im trying to do as many as i can before i go to norway1 Reply 31 weeks
that leads me onto my next point- norway. im going on the 12th july for two weeks, so will not be able to upload any drawings during that time. i may however do some drawing while im out there, but these will all be black and white ones, so if you want to have me draw you while im on the trip, please let me know, and submit a picture that is black and white
this week, a video of me being interviewed on b-box has been released, and this video will soon be in the video box on this page. you can catch me from 3:30 onwards (:
