After the success of the Open Trek Brazil Challenge 2008 in which 28 different charities were the beneficiaries, ACARA are delighted to offer your supporters the opportunity to participate in one of ACARA's Open Challenges 2009 while raising sponsorship for you, their "Charity of Choice".
ACARA have devised a way of organizing one event which will benefit numerous charities big and small, in the form of the Open Trek Challenge. There is no cost involved for the charities.

WHAT IS AN OPEN TREK AND HOW CAN YOUR CHARITY BENEFIT?
Each participant can choose the charity they want to support and are asked to raise sponsorship - a percentage of this goes towards their costs and the remainder to their "Charity of Choice".
Once a participant has signed up for the challenge and nominated the charity of their choice, ACARA will notify a representative from the charity and keep them updated on the progress of the participant. ACARA will handle all the administration and the logistics for the event.
It is as simple as that!
