bullying you have to have confidence in yourself first. if your still feeling awful that is when you have to stand up and tell someone. it will feel like your just backing out and giving up on standing up but trust me it will help. i 've been through it all and it's awful. all you can do is find the people who really care about you, stick with them, be yourself, do not retaliate no matter how tempting, have confidence and remeber what its like to feel good. it will come right eventually. it might take a long time, it took me the whole summer to sort myself out but i did. i was doing pretty well at first, standing up and ignoring it but one day i just broke down. my teacher wanted answers, and i just spilled: it is surprising how much it helps to spill and explain how you're feeling. you begin to realise that some things aren't actually as bad as your mind makes them out to be. so stand up you can do it (Y)
