Me, Myself, and I
One of Strathclyde's most enduring clubs, the Muay Thai club has some of the busiest classes in the Sports Centre. Thai boxing is the national sport of Thailand and offers tremendous fitness benefits.

Skills taught include boxing, kicking, clinching and much more. All classes are led by a professional instructor from the Griphouse Gym - home to many of Scotland's top fighters.

Staff and Students can use the class purely for fitness or to begin to explore the competitive side to the sport - the choice is yours :) All you need to take part is shorts and a t-shirt.

Where:

CSR, Activites Room

When:

Mondays: 4-5pm, all welcome

Wednesdays: 4-5pm, all welcome

Wednesdays: 5-6pm, intermediate & sparring
