Too varied to mention. Lets see, in my car CD right now is The Bochepus King, The Dixie Chicks, Frank Sinatra, Steve Earle and a CD of Big Band music. Of course I have the newest Meatloaf in my armrest and a half dozen varied in the glove box. You never know what you might be in the mood for.

Usually anything old. Meaning before 1950.
Sports
Hockey of course. Apparently you cannot be Canadian unless you like hockey. Which of course is a load of Hooey! But hey, its a good game. :)

  • Wow! Sales!

    I went shopping this weekend and go a heck of a deal with the sales going on. I got the cutest little jacket of blue suede (regular $149) for $28! It was on for $40-something but they had a deal for another 40% off. I paid less than $30 all told. Woooo hooo. And I got the prettiest little pink bracelet for $10 at another store. It is so pretty I can’t take it off. :L Of course I have to ‘cause it doesn’t match everything, but…:L
    I am going to see if I can take pics of them tonight and let you all have a look-see.
    Can’t wait for the next chill day when I can wear my new coat. :) REALLY can’t wait. I am roasting. :P :P :P


    Well, summer is now over and it is so cold and rainy (from HOT to hell in 2 days) that the chances of me wearing that new coat are very slim. I guess I will have to wait for spring. :L :L :L

  • Pant pant pant

    So, I go to a Starbucks, in a neighbourhood I am never in, on the weekend with my Mom. There is a GORGEOUS guy in there. Gives me a BIG smile. Looks me up and down and starts whistling Strangers in the Night. Keeps giving me the eye. Keeps smiling and staring the whole time I am waiting and Mmmmmmmmmm. Dang. Hard to pick up a guy when you are with your Mom. But grrrrrroooooowl. I wanted to. :L
    Good thing that Starbucks is miles away or I would be hanging out there on the off chance he would come back. Chances are better that I would die of caffeine poisoning first. :L

      I know the feeling. I put too much postage on your card as well. I went to a small post office near where I was after work that day and the lady behind the counter had never sold international stamps before. :O

      So she calls someone and is told where they were kept and was told that postage to Canada didn't require as much as the others. Silly me AFTER she got off the phone I asked her how much it would cost and she had no clue. I thought I'd just make her and my life a little easier and use a regular international stamp. I won't be going to that post office again. Sheesh! :L :L
