we are proud to be part of a large network of Muay Thai Gyms and associations who all work together to promote the sport we all love. we encourage an ethos of hard work which brings its own rewards, the club is friendly and open to anyone regardless of fitness or ability.
the kids classes are kept separate from the adults and during most we have a CPO in attendance

      thanks to the nutters who turned up last night, wee Andy your a legend, the only guy i know who will spend 2hrs in a feckin bus in the snow to get to training, and wee jackson 9 yrs old who made his mother walk a mile and a half to get to the gym. the last nights training in on xmas eve, kids 6-7 adults 7-8
      if i don't see you all have a great time.
