- Ruins The Day(Formally Extinction) are a technical mix of Metalcore,Speed Metal,Groove Metal and Metal blended together with various other influences of its five members,all from the Galway city and county area.Ruin's The Day came together to write and perform the heaviest music possible that they could,the guitar's mainly composed of pounding but technical riffs,while drums are strengthing the guitar with fast double bass and catchy drum beats,the vocals are brutal screaming,which gets straight to the message and thats to be an extreme and aggressive metal band.

Hey. Its bad to hear you cant play the gig on thursday but we hope you guys can show to see it. Its would be great to see you guys.
Legion are headlinging a gig in The Gaf with Space Monkey, a local punk band, and Sky Pup, a Tuam Grunge band. The gig starts at 3:00 p.m. and is completly FREE!!! Bring your friends, sit back, and enjoy the eargasm!

Well basically the song you upload has to show the judge listening that your good enough for the Regionals, so I'd say your safest bet is to put up a recording of a song you all play together?
