Pulse is a youth-led community radio station, broadcasting from Barrhead in East Renfrewshire. Launched in 2006 as part of the ‘ER 06’ Youth Festival, the station promotes activities focused on individual and group development, taking a pro-active approach to encouraging community participation across age groups and cultural divides. Pulse offers training and volunteering opportunities for local young people, giving a voice to those who are seldom heard on mainstream broadcasting.

Free tickets for ‘Identity’ album launch at Eastwood Park Theatre
The ‘Identity’ compilation CD featuring local singer-songwriters and bands will be launched with a concert at Eastwood Park Theatre on Friday 20th February at 7.30pm.
Among the featured artists: Kelsey Hunter, The Skunnered, Alan Murphy, Shadowtrax, Bobby Deans and Saltire.
Entry to this concert is free and the first 150 people to arrive will also be given a free copy of the 'Identity' compilation album. You can pick up tickets in advance from Raymond Weir or Mark Armstrong at Barrhead High or you can get them from Eastwood Park Theatre box office.
The gig will be broadcast live on Celtic Music Radio on 1530AM and also via live streaming at:
