So how was 2008 for you? Any particular highlights you'd care to share with us?
2008 was an amazing year for me, I've mentioned in a few interviews about some of the highlights including the award and getting signed to Tidy but one of the best gigs I played in the year was also the Polysexual tent @ global gathering. I played a 4pm time slot and the tent was super busy already with a really great energy.
What have you got planned for the coming months?
I'll be chugging along working on remixes, tracks and what not as usual but what is really exciting is a branded tour that Ben Stevens and I are working on called the "Chaos Theory". It involves the two of us, 5 decks, 2 mixers, efx unit and possibly another fx unit of some sort. It's going to be a lot of fun and we are very much looking forward to unleashing the tour!

You took the big decision to move to the UK from your native Canada last year, was this a difficult decision for you and how have you found the UK so far?
The decision itself wasn't very difficult. I knew where I needed to be if I wanted to further my career so it was quite obvious to me that I needed to move. It was difficult and emotional leaving all my friends and family behind though. It's definitely one of the best decisions I've made in my life though! I love it out here, people are friendly, it's warmer than it is in Canada during the winter time, the events are amazing and there's a never ending stream of DJs and producers to work with. I just wish sushi wasn’t so expensive!
You have been known to post tutorials of your tricks on the internet, this is obviously very helpful, who teaches you them haha!
I pretty much just tinker with the equipment and come up with new possibilities. There are however some really great video’s that James Zabiela’s done explaining how to do a feedback loop (never degrading loop) on an efx1000. You can find those video’s on youtube.
How did you get into Dance music and DJing in particular?
I was introduced to dance music (trance) when I was 16 and really got into the melodic stuff that Ayla, DJ Sakin, Cosmic Gate and such were making. I started going to parties shortly after and pretty much decided I wanted to be up on stage controlling the music and playing my favorite tracks.
A lot of producers/DJs seem to be moving away from Hard Dance these days including yourself with your latest movement towards House music, why do you think this is?
I'm definitely not moving away from Hard Dance, for me the house side of things is more of a side path I'm taking to keep myself busy, do something a bit different and hopefully have another stream of income. I think the shift towards other styles for many producers is probably due to the fact that the House market has the potential to be very profitable for a producer and with the style being more globally accepted, it means more gigs, more recognition and ultimately more money.
Name me 3 things you are good at and 3 things you are not so good at?
Hmm I'm pretty decent at badminton, Call of Duty 4 and any of those music games which involves hitting or playing something to scrolling icons. I’m not so good at singing, poker or holding my liquor haha. I’m a very cheap drunk.
I hear you're a bit of a dab hand at Guitar Hero, ever thought of setting down a gauntlet to all the clubbers out there to challenge you?
Word seems to get around! I'm not actually that good. You should see some of those crazy youtube videos of kids half my age rocking perfects on the hardest songs on expert! But if anyone wants to bring Guitar Hero or Rock Band to any future weekenders that I'm at, I would be more than happy to pop by and rock out.
If you were president of the world for one day, what would you do?
Abolish immigration rules for a day and make myself a British citizen immediately.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
I'
