- WELCOME
- Welcome, to L'il Pinks 'Pole Lotta Fun!!'
An entirely new fun and sexy way to stay in shape, improve posture, tone up and have a side splitting giggle! It doesn't matter what level of fitness or what size you are, pole dancing is suitable for all body shapes and sizes.
This is not just wiggling around a pole, this is FITNESS and specifically strength training. This is a tough course which we gradually bring you through to build up strength in your upper body, abs, bum and thighs. - Class Details
- It's a 6 week course and Classes are 1 hour long.
We do a warm up, stretches, and pole tricks, spins, twirls and hold moves
By Week Six in the beginners course we aim to have you hangin UPSIDE DOWN out of the pole - wow I hear you say, believe it or not it's true!
For our new Routine Class we will be rehearsing moves to a specific song for the purposes of having a fluid and linked routine which will flow easily. - PRICE
- We are a bargain at €70 for a 6 week course. All bookings are taken on a first come first served basis. We DO NOT HOLD PLACES unless the class has been paid for. You can pay be a variety of methods; cash, bank transfer, cheque, paypal (credit card) and you can secure your place at one of our free taster classes or 1 hour workshops...
- FYI
- Classes are held in a ladies only environment, men will not be permitted to come in to class so guys stop asking!
We are not affiliated with any strip clubs or gentlemens clubs and neither is our staff. This is purely fitness and a jolly good laugh! - TASTER CLASS
- Isn't it a nifty idea! Come as you are, no committment, no nonsense. You turn up, you crack a rib laughing, we teach you how to get noticed on the Dart/Luas and wayhay its only €15 for the hour!
- PLEASE NOTE
- Ladies, please note that our classes go ahead depending on the numbers. As we don't ask you to pay before the start date (unlike many other oerators who expect you to pay in full month in advance!) if fewer numbers arrive then we may have to refund you for the remaining classes or postpone the course. This hasn't happened yet but we must make you aware in case it should
- You Should Wear
- For the Courses: Bare legs and bare arms are essential by week 3 so a T shirt and shorts is ideal, but comfort is key- if you are uncomfortable in shorts there are moves you can do with tracksuit bottoms or leggings on
Pole dancing is usually done in heels, for that sexy strutt! however, the classes can be done in bare feet also. You'll need runners or flat shoes for the warm up! The ideal outfit is a pair of shorts, a vest/tank top and a pair of heels or high heel boots.. for the warm up anything comfy
For Pay as you Pole: Anything will do, but heels definitely help

Pole Dancing
Some basics on the course
The main objective by the end of the course is to have you hanging upside down after 6 weeks - believe it or not!!
On top of that you'll be learning some pretty nifty moves, spins, twirls, holds etc and you can practice them on bus stops, lamp posts, on buses, trains and the luas!
WHO GOES TO THESES THINGS?
People like you and me, and someones mammy, and someone's boss!
Suprisingly this is for ANY AGE or ANY FITNESS. We teach everyone from students to pensioners, from hairdressers to housewives, from fitness freaks to couch potatoes! It is full of moral support and good cheer. There are a number of poles in each class and you're split into little groups so you can work away on the moves without feeling like the spotlight is on you. Very few women have good upper body strength so everyone starts off in the same boat so don't be worried if you haven't been to a gym ever and you're not bendy wendy! It won't matter
THE FEAR
We all have it, we've all had it and lived to tell the tale!! It is natural and to be expected. Your gut reaction is to ‘hug’ the pole and cling on for dear life but before you know it you’ll be swinging out of it like Tarzan! We have a very informal approach to teaching and it seems like a girls night out rather than an exercise class
WHAT TO WEAR
You will need to bring a towel, heels and runners for the warm up. Shorts are ideal as they let you grip the pole both at the back of the knee and the thigh! But its understandable if you are concerned with sticking on shorts in front of strangers so for the first night you can wear something loose and comfortable. Tops shouldn't be restrictive - leave those kinky basques at home haha!
COST
The course is €70

Beginners Plus!!
Girls, I am delighted to announce a new course, exclusive to L'il Pinks Pole Dancing School
Due to demand, we've tailor made a new course for those who have finished the beginners course but don't feel they are up to the Intermediates just yet. We will do tricky versions of the Beginners moves and introduce some Intermediates moves slowly
These courses are going to be available in Swords and Donnybrook in the first week of November and then available in all of our new venues too
Bookings being accepted now
