You can pick a day, get in contact and come along. The cost of a Taster Lesson for one hour at Transition is £7.50 so it is very competitively priced and flexible in comparison to others.

Pole Pursuits offers different styles of class ranging from purely fitness to learning as a showpiece routine.

Class Types
*TASTER*
The first class to introduce you to some of the basics of Pole Dancing.Spins. Poses and Joins.

*PROGRESSION*
A 10 week pay as you go course with practice sessions available to ease you through the weeks making sure you are ready each time you progress.

*GROUP EVENT*
Birthdays, Hen parties, Friends wanting to practice? A taster with games, create routines with all the moves learned and can have a go at choreographing a routine with others.

*INDIVIDUALS*
Work your own way through the 10 week course with private tuition designed to fit you at a reasonable price.
