Its run by volunteers, and is a non funded organisation. We foster animals and assist owners rehoming of pets. We are mainly a small animal rescue. we have been running for over 10 years

Young Bunny Found
kids handed in a bunny they found in the back area of Manor Walk, Aberdeen. It was riddled with fleas and quite thin: Later a young girl came over saying it was hers. We couldn't give it back straight away for many reason;Also the parents didn't speak English and understand the responsibility of ownership- We hope to get our pet care info translated into Polish, Lithuanian etc-the girl had no cage, no tray for toileting, no proper diet, water etc and no basic understanding of the care the bunny will need
However we gave her a list of items and some good sites and if she can get it all sorted and can care for the rabbit it will go back. How did it get out? no one seems to know it walked out down three flights of stairs and out the back door!
The bunny is only 16 weeks old yet it has been passed from a lass in Tilly to Manor, not a good start for it. Will update if it goes back or if we get ownership to rehome.

We have to raise £100.00 towards Angels operation she has a large umbilical hernia which will have to be remove while being neutered, she is so petite and it will have to a full cut to the sternum. Valerie and Les Pritchard in a barn at Mains of Greens, near New Deer. You better get prison thats all I am going to say, you make me sick. How can you stand there and say It wasn't your fault??? its so bleeding obvious just to look at. I really hope they Courts throw the book at you and you never get to keep another animal, and then be aware that we animal welfare folk will follow you and find out where you live and keep an eye on you. Wish I could help foster some animals....unfortunately I have a cat (Malkie) who I rescued about 5 years ago from CPL and he is a very jealous man. Amazing pet but too jealous to share his cuddles!

i am interested in rehoming a cat/kitten, i have a young female and think she would like some company, i would be interested to know what your thought about wether they need a companion or not. i think it would have to be a kitten so she would be in charge, again any thoughts on this would be good.

hes a little strange lyk full of charater he watches for the frut pastels all the time and currenly has a sore paw due to itting the cage and scratching it ...(what a numpty)

Michelle Blane37 weeks agoHiya. Just thought I'd let you know Harry's settling in really well. He still prefers to be out of his cage, so he spends a fair bit of time running around the hallway or in his ball. He's such a little character, we can sit for hours just watching him playing and trying to run on top of his wheel.

Suzanne Mennie 0 ReplysWe have been receiving a high number of calls and emails about a ginger tabby cat found at Hazelhead -this cat is a regular stray in Mastrick area and was reunited with its owner 7/1/09. Yet he is not microchipped!!! I would stongly advise owners to do this as it can save a cat being in care for...
