You guys rock for customer service. Had emails from my previous provider offering me a phone to come back to them. Found out it's an OLD PHONE! Called you guys to see what you could do and I should be getting my new phone through tomorrow... the new w995. Granted, I'm paying for it, but what a discount you gave me. Just joined Orange from the dark side, chose dolphin. Need something clarified though, free bebo access, does that just apply to receiving text alerts or actually browsing bebo online. Would appreciate your great knowledge on the subject
