Salut Mes Amis!
Salut toute la monde!
Ich bin in Paris
so far I have marché sur la merde de chien (sur la premier jour, mon dieu!). Also the station Nation is mucho confusio (et not to be confuseé avec la station 'nationale'. mon dieu!)
Paris est belle. Je acheterais un appartement ici. Probalement.

Oops
Oh darn gosh whoops-a-daisy.
How disheartening. I spent at least 38 minutes drawing a lovely picture for James' whiteboard then clicked the back button for no reason whatsoever. My masterpeice: lost into the cyberspacial void forever. Pants.
Well, how are you? I'm looking for a job. But I've had my hair cut (no one believes me though) and I'm going to the dentist this afternoon. It's like Extreme Makeover, I realised as I was sitting in the barber's chair. She nearly cut me squint cause of the giggling. Mine that is, she wasn't laughing at me. Though she might've been once I'd left the shop. £5 and no one can tell the difference.
Well, I'm off to S1Jobs. Maybe someone will employ me.

ONLY JOKING!
Yeah "The Haze" was pretty bad on the day we arrived but it's been fairly clear since the rain that we've all been beetle-crushing for finally arrived. Actually, there's a strong anamist tradition here in Malaysia and we can't be doing with that sort of anti-beastie sentiment. But it rained nonetheless and the skys they are a-shiney and blue like the eyes of, well, the eyes of a slighly myopic, albino rabbit. But that's not to say the weather isn't lovely. I've become quite fond of the novel citrus-like orange hue of the Sun. That is not it's usual orange, but a very sick-looking just-like-in-the-movies orange. Lovely. As I'm gasing up, on my back due to an incapacitating astma attack, I'm thinking "Isn't that fair bonny?".
So yes. Out exploring K.L. today by foot, though not expecting to get far, I didn't see very much. I managed to dodge just enough cars to stay alive (and I'm stating that on my list of Achievements Of The Day.) Had some yummy chinese food as well. I'm again overawed by the Big City and the Bright Lights. "Ooh" and "Wow" and all the rest of it. K.L. is a city made for shopping, which is great if you like that sorta thing. My bank account doesn't, so we'll move swiftly along. I'm hoping to see some touristy stuff so I can retell the events in the form of an amusing Blog entry. Untill then,

How did did I miss your message from 2 weeks ago?! > Because I've not been on Bebo for years? Correct. Well done, Stuart. Right, I'm mailing you my number again; I've not got yours & you're now long overdue a right royal spanking. Oh, happy hogmanay & all that guff. We really should meet after all this time - I'll even consider enduring extra botheration and getting a train out of Dunf to your part of the world. Hope's you're well, Bob. I equally hope I stay in terested in this site for long enough this week to catch your reply otherwise it may be another fortnight... hegx

Hey Bob! It's been far too long so I've logged on & am shouting a very big Hello! I realised t'other day I'm missing your number after losing my mobile last time so forward it on to me when you can, sir. What is the latest news from home/work/travels? When are you likely to be lurking about Dunf and will you let me buy us some pints and pies when you are? Hope you're good & well, anyhow. Peace, love & understanding, Stuart

Robert Morrison 0 RepliesWell, looky here. We started in bangkok (3 nights, very very cheap) Then to Phuket (10 nights of birthday treat, not so cheap!) another night in Bangkok before taking the train to Geogetown (also know as Pinang, on the island of Penang.) From there to K.L. by fancy coach. From here to East Malay...
