2011 Volvo S60
Review, Prices, Comparisons, Pictures
There are great features to be found in the 2011 Volvo S60. Volvo has made changes to the driveline to not only reduce carbon dioxide emissions, but also lower the fuel consumption. The Environmental Protection Agency estimates the fuel economy of this vehicle to be 18 miles per gallon in the city and 21 miles per gallon on the highway. This means it can travel an average of 374 miles on a tank of gas before you will have to stop to refill. The 17.8 gallon fuel tank takes only premium unleaded fuel.
The S60 sedan comes with four separate warranties. The Basic Warranty covers the portions of the vehicle that are not affected by normal wear or need regular replacement, such as filters, tires, and brake pads. It lasts the first five years or 60,000 miles. The Drive Train Warranty is for inner parts such as the engine, transmission, and axles. It has the same duration as the Basic Warranty.
The Roadside Assistance Warranty is offered by the manufacturer; it guarantees that they will send someone out to help you if you break down. Your vehicle will be covered by this program for a full five years, no matter the miles. This warranty may not cover all car trouble and the fees may vary according to the problem. The Rust or Corrosion Warranty protects the sheet metal of the car from only rust severe enough to cause damage; simple surface rust does not fall under this warranty. It lasts twelve years from the purchase date and has not mileage restrictions.
With a superior combination of features, performance, styling, and safety, the 2011 Volvo S60 is a top of the line vehicle. With the improvements made for the 2011 edition, it can easily compete with the similar cars on the market.
