One of the highlights of the 2011 Nissan Altima is undoubtedly the styling of the vehicle. The interior cabin is constructed with a range of high end materials, even though the sum of the appearance of the car is not that visually impressive, particularly if the vehicle is decked out all in black. Each of the coupes, however, is loaded with more sporty seats, and these add more bolstering to the sides than the seats found in the sedans, which are relatively flat.

The controls of the Altima are straightforward and easy to understand, even if you add the navigation system that is optional to the vehicle. The addition of the optional iPod hookup as well as the streaming audio through Bluetooth connectivity is a good way to keep the Altima in the thick of the quickly changing world of electronics included in cars these days.

The interior space in the 2011 Nissan Altima is rather impressive, even though the amount of head room in the back seats is not quite as much as that offered by some competitors. Similarly, it would be nice if the rear head rests could be adjustable instead of being fixed into the back of the seat.

There also is not quite as much room for legs as there could be if one checks the numbers, although when sitting in the Altima, few people will have complaints about the space present in the sedans. However, if you try the back seats in the coupe, you are likely to be disappointed, especially if your frame of reference is the back seat space in the Honda Accord coupe. Nonetheless, the space in the back is more than sufficient for short jaunts around town.
