2011 Ford Mustang

The new 2011 Ford Mustang comes in 4 model trims: V6, V6 premium, V8 GT and V8 GT premium. One key development that has been implemented into the new 2011 Ford Mustang is a tremendous improvement in fuel efficiency without sacrificing performance. The base V6 and V6 premium models get 31 mpg highway and 19 mpg city with automatic transmission, and 29 mpg highway with 19 mpg city with manual transmission. The V8 GT and V8 GT premium get 25 mpg highway and 18 mpg city with automatic transmission and 26 mpg highway with 17 mpg city when equipped with manual transmission. All this without any loss to the power performance that the Mustang name is well known for. The V6 comes standard with 17" alloy wheels, keyless entry, cruise control and power windows and locks. The V6 premium adds upgraded 17" wheels, Microsoft SYNC, leather seats and a Shaker 500 stereo system, to name a few upgrades. The V8 GT comes with the same package as the V6, but it has 18" allow wheels, fog lamps, a rear spoiler and the power of a V8 engine. The V8 GT premium also has all the added features present in the V6 premium, with the features present in the V8 GT premium. The V6 premium and GT premium trims are also available with a number of special packages such as: the Pony Package, V6 Performance Package, Electronics Package, Brembo Brake Package, and the California Special Package just to name a few.
