There have been some new features put in for the new model year on the Colorado and they include the addition of OnStar version 9.0 for drivers who like to know where they are going, new custom headrests for the front seats and the return of the familiar Aqua Blue Metallic to the choices of exterior colors that buyers can select from at purchase.

This is one truck that can be used for work or play as regular and extended cabs are available as well as an off road version that might be best suited for towing ATV’s or other leisure pursuits. The rack and pinion steering and proprietary StabiliTrak electronic stability control system makes this a good choice no matter what road is being traveled.

Prospective buyers will also be glad to know the XM Satellite radio is also on board along with the customary amenities: A/C, tilt wheel, cruise control and fold down mirrors. The standard crew cab can easily sit 3 adults while the extended versions come with four doors with two seats in the rear able to accommodate extra passengers.

The beds have also been upgraded, with taller sides on the six foot one inch bed lengths on the regular and extended cabs that are better able to handle cargo. The crew cab comes with a five foot one inch bed and all models are outfitted with a standard bed liner for protection. The tailgates are easy to handle and can also be easily removed if necessary. They can also be set at different angles, making it easier to load heavy cargo.
