  • Watch Out New York, Britney Has Landed!!

    Pop princess Britney Spears was flanked by security when she arrived at LAX yesterday afternoon ahead of a scheduled flight to New York. The troubled singer had two bodyguards and her brother Brian between her and the eager crowd of paps who were desperate to get a glimpse of the star. Dressed in a casual grey cardigan and a pair of ripped jeans Britney looked unfazed by all the commotion.

    Meanwhile, as her sensational comeback continues to go from strength to strength, it’s just been announced that her most recent album, Blackout has been nominated (by the public) for the Album of The Year award at the MTV Europe Music Awards, which take place in Liverpool on 6th November.

    Friends of Amy Winehouse are said to be so concerned for the star that they are afraid to leave her on her own in case she does something stupid.

    “No one wants to leave Amy on her own. She’s in a very fragile state at the moment. Her most loyal friends are terrified she is going to do something, which she can't overcome. She's been to hell and back already but some fear she’s going to get worse before she gets better.”

    Worse? Is that even possible? Amy was recently overheard saying, “Life can’t go on, I can’t do this” and we’re afraid we’re inclined to agree.
