Ingredients:
4 Laughing eyes
4 Well-shaped legs
4 Loving arms
2 Firm milk containers
2 Nuts
1 Fur-lined mixing bowl
1 Firm banana
Directions:
1. Look into laughing eyes.
2. Spread well-shaped legs with loving arms.
3. Squeeze and massage milk containers very gently.
4. Gently add firm banana to mixing bowl, working in and out until well creamed. For best results.  Continue to knead milk containers.;P
5. As heat rises, plunge banana deep into mixing bowl and cover with nuts, leave to soak (preferably NOT overnight).
6. The cake is done when banana is soft. If banana does not soften, repeat steps 3-5 or change mixing bowls.
Notes:
1. If you are in an unfamiliar kitchen, wash utensils carefully before and after use.
2. Do not lick mixing bowl after use.
3. If cake rises, leave town.

*1.CRY YOUR EYES OUT! Everyone says it, but it's TRUE. For the first week or so of the brake up keep everything of his exactly where it was. Remeber the good times you had, rent movies that you saw together, wear the outfits he liked, wear his clothes, put on a lotion or perfume that he gave you. Just imerse your self in pity and dont feel guilty about it. Curl up to the stuffed animals he gave you everynight when you go to bed. But remember... this is ONLY for the FIRST WEEK!
*2.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't try to kill yourself! I know it's not a main issue for most people but I have had a few friends die that way, and believe me, the guy wasn't worth it. The guy is NEVER worth it.
*3.Talk to someone who gives GOOD advice. Don't confide in someone who has no clue what your going through or who has worse problems then you. Make sure the person doesn't have problems already going on in his or her life, other wise it's like the blind leading the blind. If you have a parent/sibling/friend that you can talk to then go for it. Just let all your feelings out. Vent. Even if the person doesn't have advice for your situation, it's always nice to have someone listen.
*4.Take all those cute notes he gave you, all of his pictures, gifts, things he won you, and just put them in a huge box that's way out of site. It's ok to cry and to remember him while ur putting things away, but once they're away, keep them away. Don't run back to the box everytime you think about him, that will only make you feel worse.
*5.Don't except his calls. 99 times out of 100 they're only calling to lead you on. They want to see if you still like them. It makes them feel good about themselves. Just IGNORE him, online, in school, on weekends, and on the phone. This will only make you fall for him again once you start talking to him.
*6.Start working out, try to get yourself back in shape, get a make over, do your nails, your hair, GO SHOPPING! But not for him, for YOU! Anything you do from now on, do it for yourself. Don't try to make him regret dumping you or being the cause of the break up, make yourself feel better, realize how great you are and how good you look. Just keep telling yourself it was his loss and that yuo can do better. NEVER settle for less than what you want.
*7.Go out on weekends with your friends and meet new people. Have fun! Laugh, go to clubs, go play pool, go bowling, just have a good time and DON'T think about *him*. If you meet a new guy, it's ok to flirt, but don't get involved in another relationship just yet. Dating is fine, but DON'T go steady with anyone. It doesn't matter how sweet/caring/intresting/etc. he is. You have to wait to get over the last guy before you can start with a new one. It's not fair to the new guy if, you still love someone else, and it's not fair to you because then you feel guilty about still loving your ex.
