Miss Becca is an acoustic singer-songwriter from Buckie, Scotland, with a wide range of influences from the likes of James Taylor and Bob Dylan through to Paolo Nutini, The Kooks and most recently Amy Macdonald.
As well as gigging regularly all over Scotland, last year she performed a live session on BBC Radio Scotland’s Highland Café show and more recently, a session and interview for Red TV (sky channel 186) that’s set to be shown in the next couple of months.
She was also recently short-listed for a support slot with Amy MacDonald at the latest Rock Against Racism gig.
Currently signed to indie label Spook Records, debut album “Red She Said” has recently been released on all major download sites.

Thanks to everyone who came to my gigs this summer, it's been hectic but amazing!
Want to especially mention my most recent gig at The Greenside Hotel in Leslie. The whole day was so much fun, played a good gig, met loads of really nice people and saw some really great bands (including The Law ! However, I unfortunately missed Popup ). Thanks to Raegan for putting together such a great line-up!
As you can see from my listings, things are a little quiet on the gig-front at the moment…… This is because of some exciting news (that you might have already guessed from the title)! – I've just recently got myself a bass player - Sarah Gair, Drummer - Chris Newton, and hopefully a guitarist on the way!
My debut with the band at RGU's graduation ball went down really well, and now we're hiding away in the studio rehearsing (& recording!)
Come September/October-time I'm going to be fully back on the gig circuit with a mixture of acoustic and full-band gigs, can't wait!
In the meantime, if you're in the Inverness area, I'm playing The Market Bar along with Sarah on Sat 30th Aug!
Ps. There may be a new release date to celebrate in October
Tennents Mutual were asking for unsigned acts so they could compile an "unsigned" top 40 chart as well as the "established" and "breaking" charts they run....
So I sent in all my details n stuff, then recieved an email saying that I'd be better off in the "breaking" category... a nice wee compliment!!
Other bands in the breaking top 40 include The Enemy, Little Man Tate, Wolfmother, Glasvegas etc so not bad goin eh!
Here's the link 2 have a wee look (n if u wanna be especially kind u can also give me a rating if you click on the "vote" bit! )
