Note to Parents
At Midnight Events, security and safety are held as our highest priority, before, during and after the event. We aim to work with the education calendar so as not to upset school attendance and distract from learning time. The venue, Burn Beach Club is at a specific advantage due to the excellent car park facilities . Parents can drop there young adults off to the front door, watch them go in and pick them back up at the front door at the end of the night.

Cloak Room
At Burn Beach Club we have fitted an extra large Cloackroom, designed and staffed specific to Junior U18's events. This means that their will be no problems at all upon entering and exiting the venue.

Searches
Searches are carried out on patrons on entry to the venue, by both the female and male security staff. This will be to ensure that no contraband such as alcohol or cigarettes comes on to the premises.

Alcohol & Drugs Policy
Alcohol and Drugs are not permitted at any of our events. Drunken patrons are not tolerated and if any are found to be inebriated, we will contact their parents or guardian and ask them to collect the child or children. We will not turn away any patrons without making sure they are safe and that they can get home.

Cigarettes
Patrons over the age of 16 (who have proof of their age) will be allowed into the venue with cigarettes. However, cigarettes will not be sold on the premises.

Bullying & Bad Behavior Policy
Throughout and during all our events we will operate a very strict anti bulling policy. Patrons are required to treat the venue and others with respect. If any patrons are discovered to be intimidating others, in any way, shape or form they will be escorted out of venue. With all refusals we will contact their parents or guardian and ask them to collect the child or children. We will not turn away any patrons without making sure they are safe and that they can get home.

Dress Code
We would ask that patrons respect the dress codes or themes of our events. We would further ask that patrons dress to impress. We do not allow patrons to wear caps or hooded tops. If any patrons do have caps or hooded tops, they are asked to put them in the cloakroom by a member of security staff.

Exit Policy
At the end of our events we aim to promote a quick, calm and quiet exit. Security will patrol the premises and the surrounding areas for several hours after the event.
