This group is set up for all the karters around Ireland, the objective is that hopefully members can share they're experiences, tips and mechanical tips to those in need! such as engine layouts, best sprockets and jets needed for each track etc etc...........

Everybody is welcome to join no matter where your from!!

Feel free to ask anything, and if you hear of any new tracks in ireland, let us know!!!:)

Also we'd like to maybe get all the members together and head out on a friendly karting day in either track........

    All newcomer drivers in Karting are required to undertake a Motorsport Ireland "Introduction to Motorsport Course" prior to being issued with a competition licence. Dates of courses for 2009 are 10th Feb, 24th Feb (Provisional depending on demand), 15th Apr, 12th May, 30th June, 25th Aug

      Hey y'all, Im from Clare and Iv raced for CIT at intervarsity level. Even though that was in crappy rental karts, I absolutely loved it and would like to get a proper kart, maybe a pro-kart or cheap rotax. Nothing fancy, just something to av a bash in every now and then and to race against friends, around €500-€1000ish..
