      The 2008/2009 season is under way,I have reluctantly let go of my flat chassis,and a new T.T racing chassis has been built, these chassis are strong and are a variation of the Westbury chassis. My original engine that was owned by Murray greig has been rebuilt,this engine was built to rev at 8500 revs and is very quick,improve,ents included a new high rise manifold imported from Aussy and a 650 Demon carb. At this stage the chassis is completed and needs painting the engine is completed and has been sealed. A new front axle has been built as the ones from the flat chassis dont fit. New rods and ends have been made as the most of the ones of the flat chassis didnt fit or were stuffed. Hopefully everything will be ready to race at the end of November. I have decided to contract to Wellington this season but will do most of my racing at Meeanee or wherever I want. The reasons for conracting to Wellington are as follows.... To rebuild the Wellington Wildcat Superstock team, to help rebuild the growth of Superstocks in Wellington so they can run as their own class again, I ran a poll on Macgors and an amazing majority wanted me to contract to Wellington. Hawkes Bay will have around 18 drivers contracted this season so my contracting to Wellington has no effect as in regards to numbers or to the health of the Hawke Eyes.
