yeah i'm looking forward to christmas in China. don't really know what to expect. but it should be great fun. yeah its a good time to be us! we better enjoy this cuz i have a feeling the crap times will hit us in a few months. and they'll hit HARD! i'm gonna be soooooooo broke when i get home.

nah we didn't go to the king kong bar - only because we kept getting fliers for it so assumed it must be desperate and therefore crap. but we heard after that it was actually excellent!

in Hoi An, eh? nice one. i actually really liked that place even tho its full of tourists. go to the bar called "before and now" and if your lucky you'll find yourself whisked away to a midnight beach party! good stuff. also the salsa club bar is usually full of irish. its the place where the manager took a pic of me chatting up some dub and said he'd put it online!!

how you finding the travelling anyway? settled into it nicely?

i'm in new zealand at the mo. south island. but flying out to beijing in a month! then i'll be making it up as i go along, Paddy-style! it'll be interesting landing in the heart of cummunist China with a 4 month visa and no return ticket! oh yes!
