Squad Training - Sunday 21st June
GMAC and TKD Scotland held a joint training session on Sunday 21st June, at GMAC Livingston. The session was run by Master Wallace 7th Degree (Aberdeen) and Mr Mark Hutton 6th Degree (East Kilbride). In all over 40 students attended the training session, 10 of whom were from GMAC. The squad session consisted of pattern training, pad and sparring drills and sparring. The session also covered leg conditioning and flexibility training.
The squad training sessions are open to all those, 12 years old up, minimum grade of 3rd Kup.

Daniel Locke: Bronze medal Junior Boys >70kg Light Continuous.
Chris Dickson: Silver medal Senior Men <80kg Light Continuous
Wojtek Okapiec: Gold medal Junior Boys <45kg Light Continuous
