Alternative Miss Ireland Winner Sheila Fits Patrick and Madonna Lucia at Dolans

The first Ladies of Limerick Drag, Sheila Fits-Patrick and Madonna Lucia are coming to La Boutique in Dolans this Saturday, for a night of candy floss wigs, high energy performance and love!
It has been a hectic year for the two Limerick girls, touring Ireland, and most recently headlining Gay Pride in Cork. “We played to a packed house in Cork and were thrilled with the reception we got,” said Sheila. “What made it better was the amount of Limerick people who travelled to support us. I am so looking forward to performing in La Boutique to the Limerick crowd who are the most loyal and fantastic supporters any Queen could ask for!” she continued.
Sheila was the supreme queen of Ireland last year when she stole both the Alternative Miss Ireland and Alternative Miss Limerick titles. Both ladies have performed at the Alternative Miss Ireland in the Olympia theatre in Dublin. They are currently hard at work with the Limerick Pride festival which has gone from strength to strength since its inception in 2007.
“We are expecting several thousand to attend this years Pride parade in September and we will have events to cater for all tastes,” said Madona. “In the meantime we will be delivering something exciting in La Boutique, and as always there will be a surprise!”

The Kylie Experience, Ireland’s favourite tribute to the pop princess will be headlining the La Boutique, Elton John Aftershow Party in Dolans Limerick on Saturday June 6th.
La Boutique, Limerick’s fortnightly gay club is running an extra night to welcome the true queen of England.
“We thought it fitting to have two gay icons on stage in Limerick on the same night and they don’t come more iconic than Kylie and Elton”, said promoter Nicole Dunphy.
Rosie Howick is Ireland’s only Kylie Minogue impersonator and is without fail the closest thing you will get to seeing the pop princess herself live. She has been wowing audiences throughout Ireland and the UL since 2007. Her show is packed with glam, glizt and Kylie classics. You will not be able to get this Kylie Experience out of your head….
“We are also going to use the night as an unofficial kick off to Limerick Pride which takes place in September. The Pride crew will be at Dolans on the night. So, if anyone wants to contribute, get involved or find out about the events, this is the night to do it,” said Nicole.

Alternative Miss Limerick winner Angel Gaybriel sings live at La Boutique
Upstairs @ Dolans, Saturday April 4th, from 11.30pm
Angel Gaybriel takes her angelic voice and devilish attitude to La Boutique at Dolans this Saturday to celebrate a successful performance at the Alternative Miss Ireland where she represented Limerick.
Angel Gaybriel and her fellow cherubs and saints stormed the stage at the Alternative Miss Ireland with an emotive performance advocating gay marriage. For Evening wear she had on her sauciest angel wings and gave a strong performance of the song Objection.
“Angel did Limerick proud at this years Alternative Miss Ireland and we are thrilled to have her back at La Boutique,” said club promoter Nicole Dunphy. “It is a great chance for anyone who didn’t make it to the Olympia to see her perform and also a chance to come along and salut the Queen!,” she continued.
