- I am not your average singer-songwriter type. That stuff gets on my nerves. Fake bohemians listening to "trendy quiet music" because they are so "deep". Prettyboy singer-songwriters trying to get girls to like them because they're so "sensitive". Thats not me.
I may still be in my 20's but i've experienced what its like to have and to have not. I havent got any songs in me about rock n rolling all night and partying every day because its not my real world. I used to bite for every buzz indie band that the NME creamed over and they went sour in my mouth. I only care about music that is going to matter, y'know?

HELP!!! You hold the keys to my lucky break!
I entered my songs on this ourstage.com site where your songs are pitted against thousands of other songs and after you go through first rounds, quarter finals, semi finals and finals and win you get $5,000.... Its like impossible right.... So I didnt think about it....
Then two nights ago I checked and I was in the quarter finals - random strangers voting for me - I didnt tell anyone... last night I won my group in the semi finals... now I am in the finals vs 20 songs, one of us will win $5,000 at midnight tonight...
$5,000 in the coffers would mean I could do a UK tour and start things going independently - - and you can help.... go to http://www.ourstage.com/judge, register (put you dont want emails from them and theyll leave you alone) and go through 15 second clips of songs till my songs come up and vote - - its that easy and it would mean the world!!! There are loads of other prizes too but I think this is possible with your help.... keep an eye on the charts at ourstage.com too....
