- In May 2007 a 17 year old Jordin Sparks was crowned American Idol Winner, making her the youngest ever winner of the prestigious title. Since then Jordin has gone from strength to strength, receiving rave album and concert reviews and firmly establishing herself as a top artist in her own right.
After the success of Jordin’s 2007 debut (over a million albums sold in the US, three US Top 5 hits and 350,000 copies of ‘No Air’ sold in the UK), fans are eagerly awaiting the release of her second album ‘Battlefield’ set for release on 20th July.
‘Battlefield’ is also the title of the epic first single from this new album which was co-written and co-produced by OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder.
Jordin premiered the new song on the current series of American Idol to an outstanding reception from fans and critics alike, and ‘Battlefield’ looks set to further consolidate Jordin’s position as the new princess of pop.
Jordin Sparks’ new album ‘Battlefield’ is released on July 20th, 2009.

PLZ DONT READ THIS sorry but In 1997 a girl called lauren was walking in a forest and then a she just dissapeared no one ever found her untill 2000 when a yoing girl called Mary found her body and markings on her chest saying: I wasnt pretty enough" and now you have read this she will appear in your mirrorr saying your not pretty enough and kill you. by the way the girl called mary</3 died shortly after. To be saved paste this to 5 other bands. THIS IS TRUE Now uv started readin dis dunt stop. This is so scary. Send this to 5 ova bands in 143 Minutes.
