I live in Stockport and haven't ever used one of these sites so pardon me while I figure it out. I've signed up because my best friend in the world (Sofia) is moving to London and we're going to keep in touch through Bebo. In the meantime I guess it's a good way to meet new people. A bit about me: I like singing and I love music, indie pop and also folk and country. I like candles and vintage furniture, costume jewelry, reading, sewing and old classic movies.

Sorry Sofs. Just seen all this. Wot is going on with you? So, you had to go to see the counsellor huh? Poor you - well done you for going along though and getting through it without causing any trouble. My mum says it must be character building all this stuff going on in London. Great to finally have someone to listen to your point of view tho, even if he is being paid for it. Lol. ONLY JOKING. I wish I were there to talk to you, can't wait to see you properly in a few weeks though. Thinking of you, JO x.

Hi Love. Did you get my message? I started seeing that shrink. Okay, so he’s not really a shrink, but he’s getting paid to sit there and listen to my problems. Can you believe they are still banging on about those bloomin pills? Even Tom, the counselor guy, was asking me about them! How many times do I have to explain I don’t take drugs? Something about him though, I dunno…he’s actually kind of alright and seems to think we can maybe be friends. Not sure about that. He’s a bit old to be able to relate to me. I mean, next thing you know he’ll change his ambient music to Klaxons and start ravin’ on the desk. Anyway, I’m going to give Tom another chance and see him again. Even his little drugs talk was kind of cooler than the usual ones. He showed me a couple of films – I’ll give you the link so you can have a peek. Anyway, right about now maybe I could do with having someone to actually LISTEN to me. Hello?!

So there you go, that’s me, London’s biggest headcase. And you? What’s going on in Stockport?

Mobiles
I'm having a run of bad luck with my mobile this week. Yesterday I forgot my charger and my batt died in the middle of talking to Sofia. Today I ran out of credit after sending a 3-message text and couldn't write back to her. I think she's stressing about this party. When are they going to invent a solar-powered mobile phone that tops up automatically (with someone else paying for it)? I think tomorrow I'll stick to e-mail.
