Hi, we at irishkenpo are a group of people dedicated to spreading the Martial Art of Kenpo Karate.
We currently have three clubs at Coolock, Wed--Fri (ch) 7.00-8.00 & (ad) 8.00-9.30
Kinsealy Tues,Thurs 7.00-8.00
Ballinteer Mon &Thurs , 7.00-8.00
The Coolock club is run by Mr Jason O Keeffe ,our Chief Instructor, and is in the Scout hall.
Kinsealy club can be found in St nicholas of Myra school, and is run by Mr Tommy Mc Donald.
Ballinteer club is run by Mr Nigle Byrne ,and is held in St Johns GAA Club.

We went to Spain in 2007 to the world championships with 12 fighters and came back with six World Champions , and three second places!!

    • COMPETITION

      Hi everyone , just a few lines to let you all know, that our competition in Edenmore on Sunday Nov 8th was a great suscess!
      We held a grading before the competition and we would like to say well done to all those who were sucessful in this.
      Our training has stepped up a gear and we will be having another grading in January , so keep up the good work.

      I have uploaded some photos of the prizegiving and will upload some more of the fighting soon.
