Hi lads
its that time of year for you all to get your membership paid so if you can will you send it on asap. We would like anyone that's lifting at the Nationals to be paid up before then the 3rd of May. Also anyone that's lifting @ the nationals & qualify to go & lift @ the Europeans in Amsterdam or is hoping to lift. Then you must lift @ the nationals so you must bring your entrance fees to lift @ the Europeans on the the 3rd of May. As this is the day i will be collecting the fees & will be sending them off that wk as i have to submit all fee before the 15Th of May. The entrance fee for Europeans will cost you 50 euro per event if your only doing the ( powerlifting all 3 lifts then its 50 euro ) ( benchpress only 50 euro ) ( deadlift only 50 euro )
Please note:
-No last minute entries or payments;
-No additional entries during competition;
-No double entries (like open and masters in the same competition)
-Participants lift under the rules of the WPF
-Participants should be 15 years or older;

I can tel u all it was 1 off the best trips we ever had with great team spirit we missed the lifters that had 2 drop out only a week or 2 before the comp but i hope we have u all on the team in Vegas ?????

thanks Ruairi,hey I won the open women's and broke the world bench record twice, then beat the overall world total too.On sunday i won the single deadlift and benchpress too and won best female lifter.We won the team event.All did very well.

The nationals where held 2 wks ago in Galway it will be September before the single Benchpress & Deadlift championships will be held in Limerick
wel could anyone give me info on how i would be able to enter a competition in the I.P.O. what are the catagories? i presume its tested? any help would be appreciated. tanks

Only 5 days now 2 the nationals sum big lift'ing going 2 be done from a lot of serious lifters o ya!!
Anyone wishing to lift in Galway must have membership paid up by the 12th of Apirl. You also need to confirm you will be lifting.
If you dont there will be no exception's made on the day that's final.
