Squad Training
The next Squad Training session is:

Cost: £15 (members) £20 (non-members)

These are open to all grades and will be of particular benefit for those interested in competitions, as it will help prepare you for competitions internally, nationally and even at international level. These will also be good for those who just want some extra fitness training.
ILT representatives for National and International competitions will be selected from attendees at these courses.
