- I Am Finn is actually a strapping young lad called Liam Lever who makes the kind of sparky, strange pop that melts girls and impresses boys. He is 21, lives in London, and has no qualms whatsoever about becoming, as he puts it, “an electro Elton John” which, in a sense, isn’t exactly out of the question. “I look at what I’m doing now as planning for a lot more fun,” says Liam with a twinkle in his eye.
Like, say, Beck, Finn sings everything, plays all the instruments (except drums) and does all the programming. He crams a lot into three or four minutes, and not necessarily in the way you expect. And also like Beck, even though he appears to be slouching, it takes a good deal of skill to master that kind of pose. This adventurous style of direct and honest electronic rock as shown on ‘Hard’, the first single from his forthcoming album is one side to I Am Finn.

DOWNDATE
hello, the eyes of people and in turn the brains of people so as a generalisation to the whole synaptic process "people".
this *unspecified duration of time*, i've got some lovely news.
wireless went well and there are good reviews from MTV and POPJUSTICE.COM. i'm also pop justice's song of the day. thank you mr. justice. i'm apparently on MUSIC WEEK magazine's playlist but this is not, as yet confirmed. thanks to everyone who was in the blueroom on saturday. the crown was really good, we all had a lovely time.
i'm also wishing to record just one more little special track for the record, last minute. just to make it a bit better.
you can all see the finished video on youtube or on the myspace. this is for hard, the first single, which should be out on the 12 august. the orginal video contained 74 violations of the stobe effect requirements and was deemed an extreme health hazard to anyone with epilepsy. sorry epilepsy. don't worry though, it's all smoothed over now and will only induce fits of a sexual nature (for men).
looking forward to a weekend of shockwaves in soton and knowsley hall festival, hope to see you there.
