• Summer 2009 Class Details

  So its that time of year again. I'm off on holiday for 2 weeks but not 2 weeks together (just to be difficult this year). 1st week the week beginning Monday 6th July and 2nd week is week beginning Monday 20th July.
  
  Class arrangements are as follows:
  
  Tuesday Class at The Powerhouse, Galston
  This class is finishing for the summer on Tuesday 30th June and will start back again on Tuesday 4th August
  
  Wednesday Class at The Galleon, Kilmarnock
  This class will run all summer and will be covered by another instructor on Wednesday 8th and 22nd July.
  
  Thursday Class at Greenwood Academy, Irvine
  This class will be off Thursday 9th and Thursday 23rd July but on all other Thursdays through the summer.

• XMas Class Details

  Hi,
  
  As you know, classes take a wee break over the festive season and my Fitness Pilates classes are no different.
  
  Here are the details of when my classes will be on an off over the holidays....
  
  
  Tuesday nights - Powerhouse Gym, Galston
  Last class of the year will be Tuesday 9th December 2008.
  We will return on Tuesday 6th January 2009.
  
  Wednesday nights - Galleon Leisure Centre, Kilmarnock
  Last class of the year will be on Wednesday 17th December 2008
  We will return on Wednesday 7th January 2009
  
  Thursday nights - KA Campus, Greenwood Academy, Irvine
  Last class of the year will be on Thursday 11th December 2008
  We will return on Thursday 8th January 2009.

• New Class in Dreghorn

  Well, my new Fitness Pilates class started at Greenwood Academy’s KA Campus in Dreghorn on Thursday 4th September.
  
  There were some initial issues – mainly that the hall we were supposed to be using was double booked with the Gymnastics Club.
  
  At short notice we managed to get use of one of the classrooms - the Drama Room. This did the trick and we only started the class 5 minutes late.
  
  I’ve been in touch with the Campus and they are going to try and sort out the issue with the hall but in the meantime I will be running the class in the Drama Room probably for the next few weeks at least.
  
  Hopefully the Campus will come back to us with a solution soon cos even though the Drama Room is ok its not all that big and really isn’t 100% ideal.

  GSfitness Pilates

  Greenwood Academy is easy to find. Its on the main road in Dreghorn across from the TA Building.
  
  The entrance to the KA Campus is down at the end of the building on the left hand side - there are signs outside. Once in the building the office is on the right as you come in the door and the staff there will be able to help you find the class.
