- Show your support for Alexandria's newest band. Formed march 09, ForeverBroken has a new genre of music for the local music scene in which indie has dominated. They also seek to rejuvenate the local scene, with their lively alternative rock and go further beyond!
FOREVERBROKEN are, Paul Callanin (lead Vocals,rythm guitar), Jamie Morning (lead guitar), Andy Brown (bass guitar), Sandy Meikle (drums).
They try and mould themselves to be similar to the current batch of up-and-coming rock bands e.g. shinedown, rev theory and black stone cherry, but with their own twist.

Lots happening at foreverBroken
Hey folks, lots happening with the band and we just want to give you an update.
As you have probably heard we have a few gigs booked. The next one is in The Studio LTD on the 28th Nov £5 entry. Please check back for details on other gigs.
We've had a few unexpected oppertunities & invitations. The first one was when HEADHUNTER RECORDS got in contact with us with the offer of making & promoting a single. We went up to their studio, checked them out, we were thoroughly impressed with the facilities and the people. We were shown around, shown CDs they have made, music videos they have filmed for other bands. If all goes well we should be recording late Feb.
The other oppertunity, which is actually massive, is the offer to go on to BEAT radio music show in michigan, USA! Host Gerry Spencer said he would devote a full show to us in which we would talk about, promote & air play our music and get some listener interaction.
Being in michigan USA, this presents a problem. So we have some plans for sponsorship waiting in the wings!

New gig booked!!
Yes we have our second gig booked.
The gig will be at..... Yes really!.....PIVO PIVO.
Back by popular demand, we have been asked back to pivo pivo to play in a night where we could get LOTS of exposure.
Its on TUESDAY 15TH SEPTEMBER, 3 bands confirmed, one more may be added. Students go free, bands who are playing that night hopefully will have a good following. Also gary the venue manager has started a music business course at uni and he's planning on bringing his classmates to get some on-hand experience. So all in all the place should be packed out again.

The recent happenings at foreverbroken HQ.
Hi all,
Sorry we haven't posted anything on our blog for a while, we have been really busy!
There is a few things happened over the last month so here goes:
1. Our gig at pivo pivo wen amazing, the place was packed out with around 80-odd people although 70-odd were for us lol. The atmosphere was amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better first gig.
2. We have now changed our rehearsal studio, we've moved from red eye studios in clydebank to Berkeley studios in glasgow. We were extremely impressed with the facilities in Berkeley and we decided to record our LIVE DEMO there!
3. As we already said we have recorded our live demo, we have seven songs on the demo which we are really pleased with and we'll be using that to send to venues and promoters v soon.
So.... we'll keep you posted on gigs and stuff that we organize in the next couple of days, so keep your eyes peeled.0 Comments 24 weeks

This foreverbroken gig is FREE!!!! So get your ass down to the Burgh Bar and rock like hell. This is a biggie for us so come seeeee, people will be coming far and wide for this gig. No shortage of music from us on this occasion, we're doing two 45 minute sets......hopefully!!!!!!
