  • AGM Update

The 2010 AGM took place on Tuesday 14 December in the Civic and was well attended by members.

The members approved the accounts and accepted the Board’s declaration of a 1% dividend on shares which is an excellent achievement given the current tough economic circumstances we are all facing.

Dividends will be credited to accounts early next month.
