BEBO UK LIMITED (“Bebo”) – DETAILS OF PROMOTION AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promotional Prize Draw

Bebo is offering Bebo users the chance to win a pair of tickets to see Duran Duran in concert in the United Kingdom not in Europe. To be entered into the free prize draw, users must become a friend of the page and leave a comment on the band's profile page (www.bebo.com/DuranDuran) by July 5, 2008 stating which date on the tour they want to attend what is the one question they would ask the band if they were interviewing them. 48 hours before each concert date starting with Greenwich, UK two users will be notified that they’ve won a pair of tickets each. If you are under 16 you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Terms and Conditions:
Further details about the promotion and the terms and conditions that shall apply are set out below.

1.To be entered into the competition to win tickets. The user must leave a comment on the band’s profile page, located at www.bebo.com/DuranDuran, stating which date on the tour they want to attend and if they were on the red carpet what is the one question they would ask the band.

2.This promotion starts on June 24th, 2008 (the “Start Date”) and shall finish on July 5th, 2008 (the “Closing Date”).

3.There are 2 pairs of tickets (unless where noted that concert is sold out) per concert event that will be picked through a random draw in the presence of an independent observer after the Closing Date.

4.If you are a winner you agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth in this document.

5.All prizes are subject to availability and there will be no cash alternatives, refunds or substitutes. You acknowledge that this is a free prize draw and that you have not been required to make any purchase. Bebo shall not be liable to you for any loss, damage or inconvenience you may suffer. No compensation or cash refund will be payable. All prizes are non-transferable.

6.You must be a UK resident and be accessing www.bebo.com/DuranDuran page from the UK in order to participate in this promotion.

7.You must be over the age of 13 to participate in this promotion. If you are between the ages of 13 and 15, you must have obtained your parents’ or guardian’s consent. Any Bebo user who is under the age of 13 and who registers www.bebo.com/DuranDuran will not be eligible to be entered into the free prize draw.

8.Bebo is not under any obligation to run this promotion and may cancel or suspend it at any time, with or without notice. If you breach these terms and conditions, Bebo may withdraw any prize you may have won.

9.Bebo’s decision is final in every situation, including any not covered in these terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into.

10.Any person who seeks to participate in this promotion will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

11.Data protection: Bebo will only use your personal details for the purposes of administering this promotion and will not provide them to any other organisation without your permission.

12.This promotion is not open to employees or contractors of Bebo.

13.This promotion is governed by the laws of Australia and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom courts.
