Dundee Mountain Film Festival: 21 - 24 November 2007
The UK's longest running mountain film festival, celebrates it's 25th year in 2007.
This years Festival will feature presentations from Will Gadd, Børge Ousland, Marko Prezelj and Stephen Venables. To mark our 25th year showing mountain films, there will also be extra events in the week leading up to the Festival, including a presentation at the Tower Lecture Theatre by Andy Cave on Wednesday.
About the festival
The first Dundee Mountain Film Festival (DMFF), a one-evening event, was staged to raise funds for building the bridge at Bachnagairn in memory of our friend Roy Tait, a member of the Grampian Club and Tayside Mountain Rescue Team. We just carried on, a fitting tribute to one we loved and admired.

Tickets are now available by post, and there is a downloadable application form on the web site. Please remember to include a stamped addressed envelope with your application form. Tickets will be in retail stores by mid-September.
Come and join us
We invite potential sponsors to discuss participation in our exciting film festival. We would also welcome approaches from film makers wishing to consider using the Dundee Mountain Film Festival as a showcase for their films. We often have representatives from other film festivals and film makers attending the DMFF.
