Founded in 1891, Dogs Trust campaigns on dog-welfare related issues to ensure a safe and happy future for our four-legged friends. Our current mission is to ensure that every dog can enjoy a happy life free from the threat of unnecessary destruction.

We do this through our network of 17 Rehoming Centres across the UK, as well as running campaigns to promote neutering, microchipping and responsible dog ownership. Our Education department runs workshops for schools to help future dog owners learn how to care for man's best friend.

    There are five great categories for brilliant dogs ready for you to add your nominations!

    You can see them all here: http://www.dogstrusthonours.co.uk/no... including Hero Dog and Dogged Devotion.

    A brand new category for this year is Celebrity Dog, which can mean famous dogs or dogs belonging to famous owners. I'm sure you can think of a few!

      I mean their Bebo and facebook also i volunteer for Dog's trust now we need Volunteer's badly for kenal helpers or hands but not for dog walking well that is the glasgow status people
