Me, Myself, and I

Okay, time to write something. So, yes, I work for bebo, but no, I did not create it. The creators of bebo are Michael and Xochi Birch, who are in my top friends. I'm one of the guys who builds new features, like the Home page.

Other than that, I do very little.. bike around, party, work out, scheme. I am single, but don't think about it unless you're at least done with college.

I like watching pics/videos of funny/weird/cute things so if you see some around bebo, feel free to Send-It to me to keep me entertained while I build you guys new features. If you have a feature request, feel free to post 'em or mail 'em, though I can't guarentee we'll build them.

Oh, and please give some luv to our hard core sysadmins, Peter the Defeater and the Tristinator, who keep bebo uber fast for all to enjoy. They are in my top 16 too.

• Ads on profile page

  So we just did something we don't often do at bebo: we added a new ad unit, in this case to the top of the profile page in a few countries.
  
  The money from the new ads will be used to make Bebo better for everyone. Specifically, we will:
  - hire engineers to build more bebo features (stay tuned for lots of exciting features coming in the next few weeks)
  - buy more servers to make bebo faster
  - and buy lots of pizza so that your favorite Bebo staff members can keep working all day and all night making Bebo great
  
  It's always tough updating such a central page, but we hope this will help Bebo continue to grow and improve.

• Things I learned at work last night

  - The lights go off at 11pm.
  - You can get a lame but working lamp from the empty part of the office
  - The lights come back on at 4:30
  - The security guard listens to the Beauty and the Beast sound track at night.
