We offer visitors a wide range of activities including trout angling, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, orienteering and geocaching. We're open 7 days per week and 12 months per year. Star 1 Canoe and Kayak course
Creggan Country Park will be running an intensive Star 1 Canoe & Kayak course on Saturday 11th July & Sunday 12th July from 1pm-5pm each day.
Course costs £65 per person. Participants must be aged 15yrs+.

Calling all bat lovers!
Creggan Country Park will host the first Daubenton's Bat Survey training session on Thursday 16th July at 8pm as part of the Breathing Places project 'Another Breath of Fresh Air'
Bats are featured on Derry's Biodiversity Action Plan as a priority species. In order to identify roosts and protect bats in the city, training events will be run each year to train new volunteers and show them how to carry out surveys in the City.
Daubenton's Bat Survey Training is aimed at anyone with an interest in wildlife - in particular bats. Volunteers will learn all about bats in Ireland and will have the chance to operate a bat detector during the training session.
Special guests from Waterways Ireland and Northern Ireland Bat Group will provide training at the event which is due to start at 8pm with an introductory talk on Bats in Ireland.
Free Tea/Coffee and soup will be served on arrival to get you prepared for the outdoors!
