No, there's no minimum amount that you have to raise for the Fast. Anything you manage to raise is extremely helpful.

For instance, according to this page on the Concern site

the 70 euro you've already raised helps us to support five families during a drought.
Of course, the more you can raise the better but you should feel proud of yourself!
